THE HISTORY
Founded and operated by former Michelin chef Morten Paaske, Morten has worked for more than 10 years in the Michelin world and is educated from the famous Michelin restaurant Formel B in Denmark.
He has worked at the 3-star restaurant Alinea in Chicago, won 1st place in the World Culinary Championship, and served as a private chef for 2 years for the newly appointed King of Denmark, "His Majesty King Frederik X of Denmark."
After a life in the front seat of the culinary world, Morten moved to a small volcanic island north of Sicily and fell in love with the Italian culture and cuisine, which turned into a small chain of pasta restaurants where Morten and the Pasta La Pasta family serve perfectly cooked food and a cozy atmosphere in Copenhagen.
